Pigmentclar Eyes helps to reduce the appearance of both brown and blue under-eye circles and restore brightness to the eye area. Enriched with concentrated PhE-Resorcinol + Caffeine, this innovative formula visibly reduces the appearance of blue under-eye circles caused by poor circulation, and brown dark circles caused by melanin overproduction. How to use:
